WPJA CLIENT LETTERS

In January we launched a new feature called Client Testimonials, which has been widely used by WPJA members over the past couple of months. We are further refining this benefit to enhance its effectiveness by more accurately changing its name to "Client Letters" on the site. We want to emphasize the personal feel a Client Letter exhibits when written directly to a photographer. Many submissions sounded like requested referrals or reviews written to future clients as a recommendation.

Client Letters should be a personal reflection of a bride and groom’s experience of their photographer's services, and products delivered. One of the beautiful things about wedding photography is that each client is a unique job with unique results. Therefore, Client Letters should capture the feedback of a couple from their unique experience and photographs, and not give advice or recommendations to potential clients who will have their own unique experience and photos.
