For Destination weddings my pricing and offer to WPJA inquiries is as follows...
My normal base package (see website for package...e) is $2495. Couples pay the actual air/accommodations fees less a $500.00 allowance that I cover (normally rates are appx $1000-1500.00 depending on how much notice is given and other factors).
This brings your total cost to be $500-1000.00 additional over regular rates and I take care of meals etc, except for the wedding day meal itself. I plan to arrive at least the evening the day before, the day prior to the wedding (2 nights before the wedding) incase of any travel delays etc and so that I can be there for any rehearsal shots.
All weddings between November 1-April 30th receive an additional $500.00 discount. Also, you would receive more coverage (rehearsal dinner or a session on the beach in "everyday" clothes instead of the engagement session (normally only $60.00 for my in studio session and no digital images or prints (see my portrait site for those prices to compare) and $350/hr for
additional rehearsal coverage-normally). This is probably at least an extra 2-3 hours of shooting/coverage time at no additional charge.
As a current Sweetheart Special, if you book your 2010-2011 winter season destination wedding before March 1, 2010. I will do both rehearsal and an "everyday" clothes session and if you want-some photos the next day in your attire where you can "trash the dress" if you choose, laying in the sand/water, since I will be there anyway.
So to recap- for $1995 plus $500-1000 of travel expenses and 5% sales tax, you would get ALL of your images (fully edited and ready to print) from ALL sessions, a proofbook with ALL final images (at least 1000 images), ALL final images in HIGH resolution with written copyright release from me to make your own prints later, and a password protected website that hosts all final images for an entire YEAR for friends, and family to look and/or purchase prints of your images, and lastly-ME as your photographer.
I do also offer formal albums, in a variety of styles that can be added on or purchased even after the wedding day and my passport is current. Please don't hesitate to contact me for a more specific quote.

Formal training at Bowdoin College and Brown University. Brian's development began while working with National Geographic photographer...len Rowell in western Tibet, Nepal and India. The techniques developed were simple: be consistently respectful, unobtrusive and friendly. Brian quietly charmed his way in and out of Chinese jails, through rioting civil servants in Kathmandu and was welcomed to photograph more prohibited elements of real daily life then most ever get access to. Brian learned there that a quick smile, a respectful nod and an unobtrusive approach can create incredible photographic opportunities.
Brian continued to take on various editorial assignments throughout Asia, Central America, Canada and The United States. He has covered everything from sea turtle rescue efforts in Costa Rica to documenting the impacts of logging in British Columbia. His work appears in a variety of publications including books by Random House, as well as regional and national magazines.
But how and why weddings? At Brian's own Hawaiian beachside wedding, he was amazed by how obtrusive his otherwise incredibly talented photographer was and thought that there had to be a better way. It's his incredible creativity, quick sense of quiet humor and commitment to capturing the real essence of a wedding that make his photographs unique and cherished. With studios in San Francisco and Maine, Brian teaches photography workshops throughout the United States and supports destination weddings worldwide.Read More

Pat Crowe's education with a camera really began as a child helping his father on assignments. Early on Pat learned much of what makes a great image. One of the most important aspects in becoming a great photographer is the development of your eye. Quality lighting, pose, and capturing the moment are all essential elements of a great photograph.
Pat’s father was an award winning newspaper photographer winning the NPPA Newspaper of the Year Award. Pat learned a phenomenal amount from his father and learned a great deal from me technically especially with the advent of digital.
Pat graduated from one of the finest photography schools in the world, the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY, earning a BFA in Photography degree in 1990 and the Savannah College of Art & Design earning an MA in Photography. A 1/1/2 month trip to Ireland followed RIT documenting the life and scenery of the Irish people.
Pat has done work for the Associated Press, Bloomberg News, The Baltimore Sun, the Wilmington, DE News Journal, the Boston Globe and the Wall Street Journal. He’s been published in American Photographer Magazine, Delaware Today, Philadelphia Magazine, Photographers Forum, and has attended the prestigious Eddie Adams Workshop learning from some of the greatest photographers today like Eddie Adams and Eugene Richards. In 2004 he participated in the national project America 24/7.
Capturing the moment, the emotion, the details unobtrusively is his focus. He looks at the opportunity to document this definitive moment in the lives of a couple as a privilege and pledges to do his absolute best as he does in all other areas of photography.
Pat's work has been in the following publications; American Photographer Magazine, Delaware Lawyer, Baltimore Sun, Photographers Forum, Wilmington News Journal, Christianity Today, Best of Photography Annual 1993, Delaware Today, New York Post, Associated Press, and the Blumberg News.

Brian Lima is a classically trained documentary photographer. A required art elective course in college has become a life long marriage...d passion. The moment that first image magically appeared in the developing tray of the darkroom was "it". In love with the art of photography Brian has been shooting now for just over 15 years. There isn't an assignment or part of the world Brian won't travel to for a great images.
Based in San Diego, California for 15 years, Brian decided in 2009 to move base camp back to Newport, Rhode Island to be closer to family. Dually based in Newport, RI and San Diego, CA has allowed him to keep his feet in the water on the old coast and the west. Shooting a limited number of select weddings each year allows Brian to create a genuine working relationship with his clients. It also frees up time to pursue other creative projects as a photographer.
When not shooting weddings, Brian is often found at music festivals and concerts creating images for musicians, record labels, and artist. Surfing, hiking, eating yummy food, and spending time with his amazing girlfriend Dawn and their border collie Sparky Diego are what put a smile on his face when not
