An eye-catching … eye-catching. The arch of eyebrow, the coy body language makes this image great. The moment happens in every wedding but the photographer had to be on the ball to capture this one cleanly. That last look back as dad gives the bride away is a warm, heart-felt moment. The bride's face reflects one of complete happiness and excitement but with the understanding of what it means for her father. A very very lovely moment captured forever.

Light, composition and the pattern of the pews catch the eye, then you see the intent expression on the flower-girls face and that makes the photo. Simple and sweet. Nice use of repetition and rule of thirds.

Youngsters being coaxed to cooperate just at the start of the ceremony. He's unhappy and the adult is seen from the waist up leaning in with the long aisle in the background. Storytelling, uncomfortable and humorous all in one.

Complete composition in all parts of the frame with the face of the youngster as the center of interest and just a hint of another face at the extreme upper right. In close, wide and fully seen. Different cropping from the other entries- the little boy's expression makes the picture.

Pure joy and good not to see the face of the mother of the bride behind them, just her hands with red painted nails. Tight, simple, effective

A nice moment as the groom struggles with his bride's veil. Black and white and available light make this image feel like a real slice of life.

The photo speaks for itself. A strong wedding portrait told through the warmth of two hands.

A flower girl seen with just the legs of the maids of honor. Good crop in camera.

Another fleeting instant captured with aplomb. The photographer deserves credit for balancing the light, getting the decisive moment and composing it cleanly.

Pride, young love... the pomp of ring-bearers and flower girls, cute boys as seen through the eyes of little girls and the pride of the young man whose job it is to deliver the gift of time. An excellent reflection of all those things in just one, very well-captured moment.
