The texture of the raindrops on the car windshield is great! Great use of the light to make that happen. Very cool! Nice touch with the flowers near the windshield wipers.
Great texture and light.
Rain may ruin many a wedding day but in this case the photographer effectively made use of lighting and the elements to produce a creative graphic portrait. Nice job of making a standout portrait out of what could have been nothing.

The tonal gradient in this photo is beautiful, greens, to blues, to purple. The bride and groom, with their interesting body language, add the perfect bit of life.
This portrait has a dreamlike quality to it enhanced by the wedding couple walking hand in hand towards the light. Nice use of light to create the mood and beauty that comes through in this portrait.

Simple yet effective lighting, a wonderful location, and an airborne popcorn kernel perfectly frozen in space add up to a whimsical, delightful, portrait of the wedding couple.

Yet another picture that takes a graceful setting and makes it magical with subtle, well-controlled lighting. This photo makes me want to be these people.

The photographer did a great job using rim lighting in this portrait to highlight the couple yet not keep them totally in silhouette. That in combination with taking advantage of the environmental lighting produced a beautifully photographed portrait that succeeds on every level.
The setting in this picture is important, of course, but it could easily have been a cliched hindrance rather than an asset. Eiffel Tower? Yawn! But the photographer created such a striking picture, taken at a just-a-second-before-the-kiss moment, that the iconic tower is simple a place setter. That eye is the center of the photo. Beautiful.

A nicely lit environmental wedding portrait that is kicked up a notch by the creative framing of the wedding couple seen through the veil of clothing.

This should be cheesy with the heavy red but it unexpectedly comes together. It's very strong graphically and the passion of the kiss is believable.

This photo looks like the bride and groom just got home and couldn't wait to get upstairs! Nice composition and spotlight on the couple.

There is nothing subtle or reserved about this portrait. But the photographer controlled the natural light's exposure, the artificial light's exposure and coverage, and the composition of the elements, that the picture becomes a story-book illustration. That could have gone tacky and bad, but this photo is just plain good. A slightly more compelling moment would have amped it up even more.
