What a great moment, it says so much about the energy and gala of the event. Makes you wonder if they're playing "In Heaven There Is No Beer".
Photographer captures a great sense of fun as the accordion players are hoisted in the air to perform. The photographer frames a couple nicely between them to add dimension to the image. The black and white image has a wonderful European documentary feel to it.

3rd Place: Jedrzej Gaj from Silesia, PolandJudges Comments
Beautifully composed with the clinging vines and archway, subtly humorous, and raises the question, are the bride and groom eight feet tall or is the band little people?

Photographer uses slow shutter speed to add a blur of motion and help focus on the musician in the center of the frame. The photograph would not have worked otherwise.

"I had the blues so bad one time, it put my face in a permanent frown, but now I feel so much better, I could cake-walk in to town" -Taj Mahal.
Expression on this musician brings humor to this lively bride and groom. He may be just concentrating on his performance but it makes for an entertaining juxtaposition. Photographer succeeds with soft focus in the background. ,

This photograph is successful because of the expressions on the children’s faces as they react to this fire juggler. Focusing on the boys gave great emotion to the image. The boys are nicely framed behind the juggler.
