The framing and select focus is perfect. This photograph is beautifully composed.
Zealous amateur photogs show the pros how to approach the job with passion.
The sharing of the cake is secondary to the girls faces and gestures. I love the way this picture is composed.

I love how every face in the frame is engaged and how you don’t feel the photographer’s presence. The black and white is very effective.
The strobe defined the depth of field and the sharpness. This is an image where everyone’s face contributes to the moment. So many information and elements.

A very nice moment as the cake candles are blown out. Great joyous expression on the couple.
Perfect light. It’s a fresco about humanity. You can read all the expressions of the faces and in the middle….a simple, small smoking cake.

I liked this angle best of the bride feeding the groom. I liked all the cameras in the background capturing the moment framed by the couple.

Fun moment with the groom eating his cake. Lighting makes you look directly at his cake.

A great moment of joy with a strong attention to the details. The reflections, the expressions, the hands, the shadow, the background.

Photographer's Comment
Cake cutting is over in less than a minute. I need to be very quick to get this kind of shot. First I need to get the shot where you can see bride and groom's face and expression while cutting the cake. After that is done, I need to move quickly and discreetly to my pre-determined spot for second shot, this shot.
