This picture stuck with me over the days that I looked at all of these pictures. It looks like a painting. The light, the color palette and the decisive moment all come together.

It's a good moment, but also clean and easy to read. Just a classic picture.

Wonderfully filled frame, with great expression and reaction. Great angle.

This image is a winner simply because it is a great moment that speaks to the heart of a groom's words on his wedding day, and their meaning for his bride. Moments like this, captured in a photograph that works compositionally, are the reason this style of wedding photography is demanded by clients.

This is beautiful. The colors, the light, the reflections in the water, the framed couple, the sparklers, the well-lit people, … Great choice of point-of-view.

Take an idea for a pretty picture, and throw in an unexpected moment and you get a winner like this. The image might have been very pretty, but now it's far more of a prize from the day. You couldn't ask for a better splash....but you do have to be ready when it happens.

This image combines the bride and groom in an unconventional way. The photographer gets points for seeing this image before it happened and for making the image when the moment was right.

Simplicity is what I like about this image. A happy bride, and her adoring new husband shot and framed in a most effective way.

Great expressions! The whole story is told. I do wish for a caption- I would love to know what that guy is revealing about the groom! Very good DoF use.

Perfect couple, one left handed and the other right handed holding the glass. At first, I wanted to focus on the couples expression, but the mic they are holding is a bit distracting. The details of the glass caught my attention, so I decide to focus at the glass, wide open aperture.
