This image has a great feel to it. I loved that they were obviously in such a formal place but were behaving as though it was their party and no one else's. It has great warmth to it, too.

Great timing, the feet of the dancers off the floor and the crowd around the dance floor, including the bride, completes the elements.

The picture moment is good on its own, throw in the placement of the bills thrown in the air and it’s excellent.

Looked like it was straight off a movie set. I loved everything about it - the light, the framing, and the moment where the couple looks like they believe they are the only ones in the room.

Wow, this is outstanding, perfect composition, the arm and hand on the back is beautiful, the ring suggests the reason for the dance, and the light is warm and soft. But, the expression on the bride’s face and the tear on her cheek take the photo to another level.

There’s a very sweet, old quality to this picture, like it was shot in the 40’s. Nicely lit and composed.

OMG... Another very funny well done image. The juxtaposition of the belly and the hands holding onto her rear are great. I wish the photographer was able to use a slightly longer lens to lessen the depth of field or shot it as a vertical because it would have been even stronger but still a really good image.

This captures the freedom and exuberance of dancing, and it’s handled great from a technical standpoint, too.

Another image that I really love. Well composed, nice light and the sneakers say it all....

A nice use of the foreground woman’s arm and hand to lead the eye to the laughing face of the other woman and the moment is great.

Terrific warm light and colors combine to make this feel intimate and inviting. Nice expression on the groom’s face.

Technically a bit rough, but it added to the mood and made the moment feel very sensual.

14th Place: Allison Williams from Illinois, United StatesJudges Comments
The little girl being twirled around and the matching white dresses work really well together to give this image a graphic appeal. Further, it is a very nice captured moment.

Funny image and the tie in the air in close to the lens is great. I only wish that the photographer's angle was a little higher to lessen the impact of the ceiling which hurts the image from being even stronger.

Everything lined up so perfectly in this photo - the light, the layering, the expression.

The photographer does a nice job of leading the eye to the guy dancing in the center and then around the frame to other good moments.
