This photo detail looks like an orchid. The backlight accentuates the lines. This is very nice.

There's a wonderful sense of randomness and abandon in the petals strewn across the floor, and the woman's pants are an unexpected counterpoint to the stocking'd legs.

Got to be the shoes.

The back-lit color of the red earrings is perfect. Clean background. Very nice.

This picture shows that the photographer was really thinking as he/she was shooting. A good detail tells the story and reveals more information. Well executed.

Although not well exposed I like the timeless feel to this image.

This is wonderfully composed. The photographer has a nice eye for seeing how tones and details work well together.

Just a funny humorous photo.

There's something wonderfully strange about the flowers sitting alone in the cargo compartment of the otherwise empty bus. Not only do they stand out because of their colors, but they sit there defiantly elegant and fragile under door of the harshly named Industrial Bus Line.

This must have been a pooch who is central to the wedding and this is a good way of showing the dog’s role in the wedding.

I like the soft focus and the spot of single color.

Great use of depth of field that isolates the moment. Nice gesture too. This picture could be even stronger if it was framed a little better and shot a little tighter.

Nice color and composition. It says wedding without having to focus on the couple.
Photographer's Comment
This couple supplied a friend with bubble machine for their big exit. It made so many bubbles it was fantastic. But the bubbles against the grooms black jacket just popped out at me and so I closed in tight with my 70-200 2.8 Canon lens to just show their interlocked arms and bubbles for a really fun detail picture.

Clean lines that take advantage of the given colors. The longer lens makes the background soft focus so that it doesn’t distract from the essential elements of the photograph.

A great caught moment.

An amusing juxtaposition of delicate flower and devilish tattoo. Simple, clean and funny.

This photo really communicates the feeling of the day and also illustrates the weather. I don't think this photo would have come together as well had the musician's jacket not matched the sky.

This is a cherished detail. It stood out. But, I wish the photographer had focused more on the words in the note.
