I find this picture interesting in the way the chair is tipped over on the ground. Is it accident, did it fall or is it a protocol that sends a message to reveal the night is over. I kept coming back to this picture wondering why. Empty tables, an upset chair – everything in the picture is a sign for an end. After a long day, the bride and the groom tiredly leave the party. Perfect.

What a catch. The cornfield so evenly composed and the framing is great. I really like that the photographer seems to have gone beyond the last photograph of the bride and groom leaving. Without the caption, it's hard to know but it feels like a quick stop home before heading off to the honeymoon. I love the contrast of the elegant bride and the homey porch.

A wonderful and different moment. Even if you didn't know this was a wedding contest, you would know from the ingredients of this photograph exactly what is happening. Her great little gesture, the rice or rice equivalent caught in the light…this photograph was very different from most of the others.

This one has an eerie and mysterious quality that is quite nice. The foreboding sky, the strange zombie-like girl, the bride folding the flag. The photographer has captured a strange and quirky moment.

Everything in the picture is perfect and the picture obtain the feeling of a advertising shot. But the picture is not exciting. There is nothing mysterious in this picture.

A nice mix of ambience on a slightly over flashed foreground. The sparklers on a slow shutter frame the spontaneity of the bride and groom quite well

I like the simplicity of this shot, it's caught at the right moment and the composition probably couldn't be improved much more. A simple effective shot that works.

Lovely elements that all flow into one another. The outstretched arm, the groom holding her dress, the flowers, her toe on the step and the man, just lead you right into the limo very fluidly.

I love the mood. The lighting and moment. It is very private.

A classic, well done goodbye scene. It almost feels like the photographer IS the woman with the outstretched arms. The expressions are strong, the energy captured is quite nice.

Merry celebrating. The party is on the highest point. A lucky bride and her groom. Everything is nice in the picture. But me disturb the back of the woman on the left side.
