This is a great example in the tradition of photojournalism. Moment and composition are perfect and well recognized by the photographer. A really nice photo! I like the angle of this picture as well as the frame being filled up the top with holding hands, it brings me right in like I'm part of the action.

No need for more information about the party. All necessarily details are shown, so it is not important to see faces. At this time, the party is on the highest point. I can feel this through the colours. Wow!

This image is beautifully composed, with the finger in the upper left quadrant, framed by the white space. The artwork on either side balance the frame, the bride in the middle, with the lines of the floor in a triangle pointing towards her completing the image. Some photographs work because all of the elements together tell a story and you know exactly what's happening. Others, like this one, make you ask questions and speculate.

You find one at every wedding but this catches him beautifully.

How can you not love this moment? The old lady catching, or attempting to catch the flowers, surrounded by the young women who seem to want to catch them but are respecting their elders. A really funny moment. Did she catch it? I want to know.

As a rule I'm not a fan of fisheye lenses but in this instance I think it has worked well. The picture screams ambience and the subtle reflection is great.

I love the quiet of this image. The bride and groom are framed nicely in this (receiving?) line. The texture and light of the fabric on the dais is beautiful and the legs, with heels and their reflections work really well together.

What an intelligent photo! First I wondered if this is a picture from a wedding party? Surprising! But, I think the right side of the photo is very dominating and the screen window isn't the best.

A great little moment that uses each part of the frame extremely well. Each of the subjects contribute something that works towards the success of the photograph—the bride's expression, the woman at center with her expression and the cupping of her hands and the drink and gesture of the woman at right. Nice moment.

A very tender moment caught here. I would normally wonder about the mass of space on the left hand side of the frame (if not being used for editorial purposes) but the light falls quite well on the space.

This picture shows one thing in a great way – pure masculinity! All men are very physically present. I'm fascinated, how the picture transports the friendship between all of them, only by showing their hands and faces

Gentle, quiet, nice light. I like the fact that no one is looking at them, they are almost not there.

The sense of elation at catching the flowers really comes across well here. Well composed and a moment well caught.

Most of the images of women catching the flowers are from a distance but this photographer is right in there and you get to see those great expressions. It puts you right in the middle of this free-for-all.

What a party! It seems that the people have forgotten the presence of the photographer. They feel free from convention and rules of good behaviour. Otherwise this is one of the best moments to create a good party-picture.
