The fast shutter speed capturing the water droplets makes for an unusual photo of an apparent blessing of the rings. Lovely moment when you don't have a second chance. The sharp droplets really make it feel very precise.

I thought the photographer did a good job paying attention to what was going on around him or her for this shot. Noticed the bride and groom weren't seated and got their chairs, with their flowers.

Beautiful composition. The elements are all there, and wonderful use of the subtle light to give it that timeless feel. m

I guess I'm just a sucker for a dog in a bow tie. This is just a delightful image. Great seeing and framing by the photographer.

5th Place: Wansheng Chen from Singapore, SingaporeJudges Comments
The interesting aspect of this putting-on-the-ring picture is the way it's framed with the groom's vows, which you can't help read in it's entirety.

6th Place: Ingrid Young from Minnesota, United StatesJudges Comments
A very artsy shot of showing the champagne. Nice dark background makes the glasses pop out.

7th Place: Craig Wolfrom from Idaho, United StatesJudges Comments
The shape of the table acts as the framing device for the distinct and repetitive hands that surround the canvas. Nice balance and symmetry

8th Place: Kelvin Koh from Singapore, SingaporeJudges Comments
Elegant and gorgeous use of out of focus color and soft light. Really nice.

9th Place: Ryan Browne from South Yorkshire, EnglandJudges Comments
Nice way of getting all the folds in the wedding dress. Nice rhythm to the photo.

10th Place: Juliana Wiklund from Stockholm, SwedenJudges Comments
I'm usually not into tilted frames but this one caught my eye and held my attention. The repetitive shapes of the bracelet and the dress buttons connect hand and child as much as the outstretched gesture. That combined with the layered background make it a keeper.

Very believable, touching moment. You captured the feeling of the two of them with just hands and feet.

The rose is nicely composed using a shallow depth of field to full effect. A lot of attention was paid to framing this just right.

The photographer wasn't just watching the faces of the couple, they were watching what was happening. I like them playing footsie and the intricacies of the Indian wedding.

No matter how long I stare at this one, I can't really figure out what's going on in the image, but it doesn't really matter as it's about the repetitive shapes of the Converse All Stars. Very nice frame, especially with the hands on top balancing the white of the shoes on the frame bottom.
