This is a great storytelling image. The body language of the woman on the left is great, and also being able to see the other women's expressions in the mirror bumped it up. Very well put together.

This photo has many nice qualities including the beautiful window light and the symmetry of the subjects and background. But the expression on both their faces makes this a winner.

I love the dreamlike quality of this photo. Is the bride running to or from her wedding? The photo is well composed. The setting is lovely.

Even though this image has some distracting foreground and background elements, the moment is so strong, tender and story telling that it rose to the top. Nice use of natural light. The photo captures such a wonderful intimacy between the subjects that the viewer fails to feel the photographer's presence.

The photographer captured four really great faces in this image. Although it's technically not as strong as it could be, the reactions are priceless.

The image captures a terrific unexpected moment with a dynamic composition. Also the quality of light and clean background make it stand out. The delicate reach of the bride's hand is caught at the perfect moment.

This photo has great expression and layering. Photographer is non-existent in the reality here and makes a great intimate moment that brings us into the scene as if we were there.

There were very, very many pictures that used reflections as compositional elements and to my eye this one was the best. I like the look of anticipation on the man's (groom's) face and the coy way in which the bride is looking down before she opens the door. Wonderful composition.

There were many images entered in this category with hands coming through the wedding dress. This one rose above all of them. Excellent use of light and the out-stretched hands make the moment. Cropping out the white light at the top of the frame would significantly help the image. With the current crop, one's eye is pulled to the top of the frame and away from the subject.

This photo in the car/reflection genre shows a beautiful communication caught in the eyes of the bride and whom the viewer assumes is her father. Whoever the man is, there is a sense of joy and warmth that everyone hopes will be a cornerstone of a wedding and a marriage. Nice moment.

I love the fact that this picture is taken in juxtaposition of the toilet still having an elegant feeling in contrast. Shows how good a picture can be with good access to your clients.

The graphic lamps in this photo add an extra layer to make it more than just a silhouette shot. The gesture to the woman's chin is also a nice subtle moment in the frame.

Nice use of available light. The bride's emotion translates nicely and the woman in the background helps complement the mood and is nicely placed in the frame. The bride's hand on the right side of the frame adds balance and offers delicacy.

The bridesmaid on the far right definitely makes this photo. I wish the other bridesmaids had nicer reactions, but they're not bad and no one seems aware of the photographer. It's a cute picture. Nice clean background and light also.

Love the 'down to earth' feeling of this bride in a somewhat smaller at home setting where you feel again like you are in the room and the photographer isn't present. Strong usage of light and beautiful expression add to this photo.

There were very many photos of women fussing over a lovely bride in stunning light. The composition is simple but with nice movement. The photographer captures the obvious in-the-moment joy of the bride. It's fun for this viewer to soak up that joy.

The photographer captured good expressions while remaining disciplined in composition. In a quickly unfolding scene, the photographer avoided distracting elements coming out of the subjects' heads, for example. The high angle helps capture a clean image where the viewer can focus on the strong story-telling moment.
