This is a really nice scene, the panoply of umbrellas serving to frame the bride, whose face is the only one seen in the picture. It would have benefited from a more dramatic crop, either just under the hand of the woman in the foreground, or even more drastically just under the bride's feet (either crop would have eliminated some unnecessary distractions, focused even more on the bride and employed a more severe shape to emphasize the movement within the photo). Love the angle, color and graphicness of this image. Such a happy photograph of the bride being followed by her clan, with all connected by simple, white umbrellas. Looks like a modern day version of an Impressionist painting.

The bride is so genuinely thrilled while the groom is so intent on popping the bubble. I love the energy of the whole photo and how sweet and sincere everyone is. Love that the groom is popping a bubble. The whole bubble thing always annoyed me - until now.

The newlyweds' joy is captured in the smiles of those bidding them farewell. The effectiveness of the image is helped by the variety of people in the frame: a sweet young girl clutching her flowers, timidly waving goodbye, her extended arm nicely framing a happy woman intensely recording the departure; an elderly gentleman watching, smiling, his finger on a camera's shutter waiting to preserve the moment. The little girl looks so grown up and regal. She is clutching her flowers and waving so gracefully. I also love how many cameras are in the shot. The girl here is so composed and sure of herself, as she sends the couple off with a look that says "good job."

The beauty of a canopy of sparklers formed by arms thrusting out from each side of the walkway is only one of the things that make this photo successful. The tilt of the newlyweds' bodies, particularly the groom's raised arm, fortuitously mirrors the angle of the arms past which they run. And many of the sparklers, though in their brightness the detail is lost, echo the shape of the bride's bouquet. And perhaps more important than these small details is simply the beautiful light and sheer energy the photo has captured. I like the way the bride and groom are framed by their friends, families and sparklers and the amused face of the woman at the church door, as she admires the unabashed glee of the newly-married couple. Just a feel-good action shot.

A funny frame that compliments the photographer's dedication in capturing the entire day. The picture is effective in its graphic simplicity, and the opportunity to include the license plate - the 4EVER, echoing lovers' testimonies on pavement or paper or trees - was a bonus.

This is yet another image that presents itself almost like a fortunate “snapshot†but is so much more. Bride and groom waving goodbye as a friend or relative is reflected in the shiny exterior of the car – is a beautiful example of how things can come together at just the right moment to create a beautiful storytelling image. The photographer did a great job capturing the couple and the woman in the reflection. The image is rich with details and emotion.

Fantastically tactile photo, you feel the “splatâ€. Love how she is grasping his arm. Fun pic. Perfect timing on this humorous send off.

The four men are all dressed the same, holding their digital cameras the same way. It is really a funny moment. A great wedding moment, made possible by the ubiquitous, pocket-sized digital camera. Clearly, whatever they are looking at must be something, if all four are trying to get the shot.

Everything about this image is glowing, from the couple's expressions to the sun bouncing off the car.

The couple is surrounded by onlookers, and the bride is loving it. She is in such a fairy-tale daze. The photographer managed to capture a great moment. I love the moped that the groom seems to be struggling with.
