Throwing the bride photos tend not to work, but this one does, I only wish it had been tighter and wish you were a little more over the subject. I want a lot, but then again if you had, it'd be first [for me]. I like the contrast of the all black tuxes and the bride's expression. A peak action portrait, perhaps a new category

Unusual lens choice creates a painterly portrait. Simple, direct and very well executed…this has nice light, and strong graphics working for the image.

You said creative portraits. I think this one works very well in telling us who this young lady is, or seems to be. In the outdoor environment, big sweep of the dress. A good image.

This was a fun idea and very well executed. The lines and blurred traffic draw you into the couple with a sense of motion. Even the color works well.

Sensuous, beautiful natural portrait.

I like the graphic simplicity and cleanliness of this image. A nice portrait of a man that shows his distict features well. The white background and black hat and clothing contrast perfectly

The thought process of this portrait makes it unusual and memorable. Groom without coat in the forest and the color of the autumn leaves out the car window give it the quality any good portrait needs, setting or face. This has both.

As non-traditional as you can get. This very interesting portrait certainly defines the character of those in the photo.. Very, very well done and interesting.

I like the warmth of the background, and how it works with the skin of the woman. The texture in the fabric and the quality of light all mix together to form a nice portrait.

This portrait gives one an intimate look at this relationship. Sharing the milkshake reminds me of a 1950's courtship. Overall, this was a nice moment enhanced by composition and color.

A barefoot bride, a groom in red tennis shoes and Shea Stadium. What else do you need? You need to catch them in peak leap with great expressions and shear delight. What else can be said of such a joyful portrait

Good use of late-day light, wide angle and introducing the unusual component of the bride in the desert. I enjoy looking at this image.

A very alluring portrait, but it needed to be tighter. When you have that face, with that color the background and tilting the camera are irrelevant, use what's there and you'd have been much higher

This photographer knew what he/she wanted and made it happen. Not an easy image to capture. This must have been a Southern wedding on a very romantic stormy evening. Is that Scarlet in the photo?

Fantastic, graphic and natural portrait. Love the trane replicating the road.
