I liked this one because of the texture and tones of the photo. It also stood out from the others because I could see the couple.

This is an unusual engagement portrait. It's just the shadows of the couplen not a photo of the couple themselves. But it's delightful. The colors are warm and, no pun intended, engaging. The image itself is a suburban landscape, perhaps taken in the couples neighborhood or in front of their house. The compostion is similar to the social documentary style of Lee Friedlander. Kudos to the photograper for seeing this but leaving in all the light and visual atmosphere of the neighborhood without cluttering up the image.

This is very nice engagement photo but is a little typical. Well done though.

I love/hate Paris. This photograph brings that out in me when I look at it. I love the way two people in love can be oblivious to the world around them in a crowded and vibrant city. And I hate the way the world around two people in love treats their passion for one another as if it is just an ordinary matter. C'est la vie. But this is a very good photograph. The couple are wearing white shirts in black and white photograph and the street scene around them is night dark, making the couple stand out in stark contrast. And they are kissing. And that is all that matters

Very European and mysterious portrait. Again, it says a lot about the couple.

The tight framing combined with the exact right moment makes this picture sing. The eye, the curve of the coffee cup, the curve of the eyebrow, the curve of the woman's chin. They all contribute to the sense of order in this picture. Last of all, the photographer used a very limited depth of field to let us know what was most important: the eye. Nice.
