Though technically there are some problems with this photo, it was the most unusual moment. Unbelievable! Talk about off moments. I mean, this photographer did the right thing with this situation: get the picture

This is a very funny photo. Good seeing and it left me wondering why she's barefoot and he is not?! Nice composition as well

This is without a doubt the oddest photograph that I have seen in this competition and one of my favorites. This is an image that I think many people would pass over and many will not appreciate as much as I do. I came across a lot of off moments in judging this contest. And many of those off moments were not in the “off moments†category. But this off moment jumped out. At first glance it appears to be simply a photograph of a smiling bride and groom dancing. But upon closer inspection the faces of the two seem to blend together into one face! This is made more evident by cropping in tight on the two faces. Talk about odd! This one takes the wedding cake for me!

This is a true blooper and perfect for this category. Not a fan of the guy's back to us, but there is not a whole lot the photographer could have done about that. That's amore, but it isn't the moon that's hitting the groom's eye. I don't know what's in those things

A great picture of modern torment.

Another unbelievable moment. Great expressions and the light is nice. The finger flip is made extra poignant by the subjects' expressions…especially the groom's.

This picture tells a story, and the photographer's framing and sense of moment tell the story clearly and with humor. The bride's face and the complete business-like shoe shiner combine to make the picture funny. It's even funnier because no one on the sidewalk seems to notice that the couple is dressed for a wedding and taking a break for shoe primping.

This picture works because it is so weird. I mean, what exactly is going on, with seemingly displaced bride and groom and the oddly unclothed couple giving the bride and groom the look-over. Everything looks out of place and the result is delightful.

A snapshot, but a terrific one. Composition isn't particularly strong. Lighting isn't anything special. Background is busy. But what an “off moment†moment! Look closely at the guy in the background. He's pointing at the bride and laughing as she goes down. Bet he won't be invited to her first born's christening! Funny (at the expense of the bride) picture.
