I'm drawn to this detail because it takes the viewer beyond the expected. I feel like I want to want to ring the bell and join the party. Nice details! Honest, normal. Very funny

Everyone brings a camera to a wedding and everyone usually gets in the photographer's way trying to make their own photograph. Nice detail that works well with the hands framing a picture within a picture.

Subtle, surreal, dreamlike, the details work wonderfully in this photograph. The hands twisting the wedding band, the long empty road through the windshield, the partial expression in the rear view mirror, and finally, no view of the bride…an intriguing photograph that goes above and beyond the standard.

This picture felt magical and interpretive to me. I loved the tones, the darkness, but still holding the detail in the dress throughout with a nice highlight accenting the train. It was traditional and yet modern at the same time. Beautiful.

While many entries in this category were beautifully shot they were obvious set ups…a must for the photo album and definitely professionally shot; but this detail stood out for its natural non set up feeling that required an observant photographer to press the shutter.

This pic has a nice double layer to it. Great thinking. I hope it wasn't set up. I assume it wasn't, but it's cool the way a story is told in the imagination. You can see the whole scene, getting ready, saying the vows, the rice, the crowds, tears and finally walking in those shoes to the car. This is good. I like it

While I cannot see their faces, this photo shows emotion. Through body language, the photographer captures love, excitement and perhaps a little nervousness. The color schemes and repetition also make for a beautiful photo.

The saturated darker color of the flower is complimentary to the rings in this detail photo. Lens choice and depth of field are perfect.

Just a beautiful detail shot of the flower petals and the the overall wedding scene. Smart thinking to step back and take in the whole scene.
